Welcome to Open Water Sports and thank you for visiting my website.

In 2015, I wanted to create a company that involved water sports. At the time I was an avid Scuba Diver for a local scuba shop out of East Boca Raton. This was a true passion of mine. So, I wanted to start a YouTube channel to promote any and all water sports. Anything from kids swimming, diving, fishing, surfing, boating to anything that involved water.

2017, While searching for sports online, I found these inflatable pools with a bounce house (inflatable water parks). This is what I decided to focus and develop the company around. The thought of having a water park for the kids to play in was exactly what I wanted to do. You see, my background is in the food service. For 12 years I worked for very popular company the served pizza, video games and a special character (who I won’t mention as you’ve probably figured it out) that all the kids loved. This was my favorite job. I loved working with the kids who worked for me, I loved the interaction with the guest and their little ones.

2018, I began my quest to develop Open Water Sports as an inflatable water park.I had so much fun searching the internet for water parks and other fun products for the kids. I found a company called Alibaba that had the perfect inflatable waterparks for what I wanted so, I started to purchase what I wanted to start my little water park. I purchased water parks that I could rent and two huge water parks that I could setup at a location to charge admission.

2019, once I purchased the equipment, I needed to start my little water park, I setup almost all the parks and took pictures for my website and Facebook (trying to create my own website and Facebook was so hard (I’ll share that nightmare with you another day). I decided to start with the rental.  

Mid-March 2020, I had my first water park rental. My manager had booked a birthday party for her adorable granddaughter. Needless to say, the kids had a lot of fun, and I knew this was going to be great for the kids this summer, and this was to be the start of my inflatable water park rental business. The very next day the state of Florida was shut down because of covid. So, I had to wait for the next year to launch my business.

 2021, Late 2019, I found a location (an elementary school in Boca) that wanted to provide their property for my water park. They had lost a lot of business due to Covid and this seemed to be the perfect partnership to increase their business and to start mine. Again, while we were planning, because of Covid the city wouldn’t allow me to occupy the school. One day I will revisit that school and hopefully, we will be able to open the water park.

2023, Finally, Open Water Sports, Inflatable Water Park will finally be launched with my new "Dash & Splash " series. This is a smaller version of the water park catered for kids 4 to 12 years old. Complete with all inflatable obstacle courses, play centers, slides, sprinklers, a huge Splash Pads and more. The kido's will have so much fun splashing & playing. You too will have just as much fun watching them splash & play. I look forward to seeing you this summer!
